When you choose the Economy delivery option, packages are delivered Monday through Saturday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Orders sent by Fast, 2-Business-Day or Next-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
We recommend choosing Fast or Next-Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you.
You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

Note: Does not include H12Y original vehicle parts. Aside from the door armor, the other parts are identical for both models. Only the parts marked with circles are printed parts. The shipment will include double-sided tape and mounting screws, but you will need to provide your own hex wrench.
What should be noted when installing the armor?
- This upgrade part requires no drilling and is a no-damage installation. The armor adhesive comes with backing tape, and the front windshield guard is secured with clips. A hex wrench is required for installation.
- Try installing it according to the provided images. If you’re still unsure, please contact us.
- Special reminder: Do not overtighten the screws as it may cause stripping. Before attaching the armor to the vehicle body, make sure to clean the surface of the body. Align and level the parts before sticking them on, and avoid sticking them directly without adjustment.
